Right to Education issue referred to GoM

New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) The proposal to bring a Bill in
Parliament to make Right to Education a fundamental right
was today referred to a group of Ministers (GoM) by the
Union Cabinet.
Finance Minister P Chidambaram, Science and Technology
Minister Kapil Sibal and Planning Commission Deputy Chairman
Montek Singh Ahluwalia will be the members of the
GoM.
